Role Description

This is a full-time role with planned travel.

The Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for Designing and Executing various People related interventions based on the client's requirement.

Consultant will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to clients.

Consultant should be responsible for adding more clients / business in their area.

Qualifications

• More than five (5) years of experience in the Human Resources Generalist/ BP /L&D role.
• Exposure to all key functions of the HR department.
• Experience in Family Owned & Family Managed businesses will add value.
• To have managed projects independently & lead the team.
• Good communication & presentation skills.
• To have sound exposure in L&D functions.
• Must have an entrepreneurial & consulting mindset.
• Willingness to do planned travel in India & outside.
• Should be a Postgraduate in Human Resources.
• This is a full-time job role based out of Cochin, Kerala, India.
