Key Responsibilities: You will act as a critical partner to aligned businesses, gain deep knowledge of the business, people and organizational needs to diagnose issues and recommend solutions to challenges and further the capabilities of the organization
Strategy / Policy
Drive adherence to HR process, metrics and plan.
Act as an anchor for topics including leadership performance management, talent management, and capability building
Oversee the new employee induction and on-boarding to the team. development.
Implement and drive HR programs and in some cases also act as a SPOC for certain critical HR processes.
Formulate people agenda for respective teams and closely work with business to drive positive business outcomes.
Acts as key advisor to Business managers & handle their queries and grievances, if any. - Facilitates development of work culture and climate to meet business and employee needs.
Adapt, modify, and update HR methodologies, practices, and procedures
Work with the TA team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirements are met.
Work with Learning & Development team to enable talent development in line with career aspirations and succession planning.
Contribute to Exit Process/ Alumni management.
Required qualification:
Full-time MBA (HR) with around 3-7 years of relevant experience post qualification, Product/Ed-tech/ start-up experience
Experience of handling a minimum of 250+ employees as an HRBP with hands-on delivery experience
Labor Laws understanding is mandatory
HRBP experience in offline setups is a plus
Collaborate and develop relationships across a matrix organization and coach through complex, difficult issues
Strong analytical skills to analyse and leverage data to influence business leadership on people strategy.
Understands and keeps update on various HR practices on a regular basis
Strong relationship building and influence skills. Ability to become the key trusted advisor to Stakeholders.
Exceptionally strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
Strong aptitude skills with a positive attitude and humility
Stakeholder management, Interpersonal, problem-solving skills
Strategic partner, Innovator and a collaborator.
