Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, performance management, and succession planning for corporate teams.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, foster engagement, and improve workplace culture.

Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and create development plans to enhance employee performance.

HR Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with labor laws.

Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.

5-7 years of experience in HRBP or similar roles.

Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and employee relations.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
