Main Responsibilities & Tasks
- Prior experience of working in a fast-paced, and changing environment workplace or a startup preferably from the technology industry and organizations
- Ability to drive and amplify a great culture in our people practices.
- Ability to independently implement HR initiatives.
- Experience in delivering projects, like talent development and/or recognition programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for employee relations and performance matters.
- Support managers in HR-related topics within structures of global HR org. and in compliance with global HR policies and guidelines
- People Development: Support, guide, and coach managers in the country in performance management., training needs definition, identification and fostering of high-potentials, succession, and career path planning; conduct local talent conversations.
- Organizational Development: Execute local roll-out of diversity, corporate culture, change management and initiatives.
- Retention/Exit Management: Support exit management (e.g. negotiation of exit agreements, exit interviews), design and implement retention programs according to local needs in line with global Centers of Expertise guidance.
- Employee Engagement: Execute employee engagement initiatives considering local specifics to support, foster and emphasize company culture.
- Recruiting: Support business in local workforce planning, anticipate/evaluate and coordinate local recruiting needs, double check offer (proposal) and employment contract prepared by TA Team
- Compensation and Benefits: Pay strategy discussion, conduct job evaluation with functional heads with newly created roles with support from Shared Service Center / Centers of Expertise and analyze data from salary survey, provide insights to line managers for decision making.
Qualification & Skills
- Academic degree in MBA / MSW
- 8-10 years experience as Human Resources Business Partner in technology and/or in a commercial or manufacturing industry.
- Business sense, open-minded, strategic, and critical thinking, logical mindset, self-motivated, energetic, result oriented, skillful to handle multi-tasks and quick learner.
- Good MS Office skills, Word, Excel, PPT, HR system experience is must
- Prior experience in Organizational Development and Talent Management is a plus
- Clear and effective communication skills across all levels and functions
- Good MS Office skills and HR system experience is required
