Role Description: HR Business Partner (On-Site)

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as an HR Business Partner at our Mumbai office. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a key part in not only managing HR policies and employee relations but also in driving business growth and strategy through human capital initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR) Administration:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, maintaining employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle employee relations, resolving queries and grievances to promote a positive work environment.
  • Oversee payroll processing, time and attendance management, benefits administration, and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Monitor and maintain timekeeping systems to ensure accurate tracking of employee attendance, leaves, and work hours.
  • Lead performance management processes, including conducting reviews and supporting managers in implementing performance strategies.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Business Development Support:

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities to help drive company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends and opportunities within the technology sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead-generation strategies and enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies, making recommendations for improvement.

Client Account Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive and proactive relationship.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to meet client expectations.
  • Manage client feedback and work collaboratively to resolve issues or concerns promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration and/or business development.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and client management skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective HR and business development strategies.
