PFB Roles and Responsibilities for HRBP
Strategic HR planning:
1. Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals.
2. Develop and implement HR initiatives to support GSC objectives.
HR Compliance and Policies:
1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
2. Advise management on HR-related legal and regulatory matters.
3. Maintain & enhance HR policies to support the demography of shared services.
Employee Relations:
1. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
2. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and management.
3. Define proactive approach to understand risks & mitigate them (e.g., design & implement Early Warning System)
Training and Development:
1. Define effective learning & development plan in liaison with GSC leaders & L&D leader.
2. Maintain the plan with evolving requirements Identify training needs and create development plans for employees.
3. Coordinate training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
Talent management:
1. Define & implement framework to identify talent.
2. Define & drive development plan for identified talent.
3. Define effective learning & development plan in liaison with GSC leaders & L&D leader.
4. Maintain the plan with evolving requirements.
5. Enable effective performance appraisal process & enforce organization guidelines through discussions with people managers.
Employee Engagement:
1. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
2. Develop strategies for fostering a positive work culture.
Development of an Organizational culture that emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and Positive Superior and Subordinate relationships.
Be liaison between GSC team & various HR functions to ensure requisite support.
Periodically review the system, structure and the people of the company and take corrective measures. Work out and implement career development and succession plans. Facilitate competency building and skills development.
Ensure the compliance of DP World's health, safety and environmental Policies. Ensure that occupational health & safety work practices comply with statutory and corporate policies and procedures, and that management risk control programs are implemented.
Lead the changa management:
1. Be the liaison between HR SSC, Core HR & SSC employee for any change of processes, policies, transformation.
2. Be able to sense opportunity for transformation & digitization, based on the observations & feedback from SSC employees & cascade to HR SSC
