- Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition at junior and mid-senior level
- Compensation and Benefits with taxation and flexi benefit understanding
- Tech - Should have experience in integration and working with HR technologies: HRMS and LMS
- Talent Management: Leave, Attendance management, Investment declaration filling and checking, and employee documentation
- Talent Development: Orientations, Functional Training with TNI and Training Calendar and Policy Process Refresher Training
- Should have experience in creating role-based JD, KPI-KRA, and conducting performance reviews
- Should have experience in handling and managing IR/ER, Legal, and Compliance adherence, Vendor, Contractor, and expense management
- Conduct and support internal vertical audits
- Support in external and internal audits and their roles as and when required
- Report preparation and documentation
