We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our HR practices and contributing to our people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Develop and implement efficient candidate screening processes to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and identify the best talent sources.
- Utilize advanced assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates skills and fit.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Analyze market compensation trends to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
- Lead compensation negotiation processes to attract top talent while maintaining internal equity.
- Develop and communicate clear compensation strategies to employees and hiring managers.
Onboarding:
- Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program that enhances new hire experience and accelerates productivity.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.
- Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding process.
Employee Development:
- Identify training and development needs through performance assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement career development programs, including mentorship and leadership training.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee development initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
Candidate Experience:
- Advocate for a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Implement feedback loops and surveys to gather insights from candidates and make data-driven enhancements.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
HR Strategy and Policy Development:
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and company culture.
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal compliance.
- Stay updated on HR trends and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize HR analytics to track metrics related to recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management to inform strategic HR initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with IT, finance, and other departments to drive organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to foster collaboration and alignment across the organization.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on IT services and/or product companies.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, compensation frameworks, and employee development programs.
- Proven experience in negotiating offers and managing candidate experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and build relationships.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools; familiarity with HR analytics is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
