Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner at Abryl Laboratories in Dera Bassi. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management for the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) management
• Proficiency in Employee Relations
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Expertise in Performance Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
