We are expanding the Corporate HR and Organization team in Mapei India, and we are looking for a CORPORATE HR BUSINESS ANALYST.
As CORPORATE HR BUSINESS ANALYST your main tasks will include:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, Performance & MBO, and others as required.
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM applications to align with Corporate guidelines.
- Work closely with the subsidiaries to understand their HR business processes and challenges.
- Provide consultation and guidance on best practices in utilizing Oracle HCM solutions.
- Integrate Oracle HCM applications with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, Payroll, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability.
- Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Oracle HCM applications.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, addressing issues and optimizing system performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Oracle HCM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, Oracle HCM updates, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.
Skills & Competencies required:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
- 2-year proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM solutions, especially Learning, Recruiting and Performance Modules, Redwood Version.
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g. BI Publisher, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management, and workforce optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Clear communication skills in English (spoken and written).
