Objective:-

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to handle hiring, recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management. You will play a key role in aligning HR processes with company goals, compliance requirements, and business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring and Recruitment:-

Develop job descriptions and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent.

Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.

Coordinate with hiring managers to finalize candidates and manage the offer process.

Screening and Interviews:

Conduct pre-employment screenings and verify candidate credentials.

Organize and facilitate interview rounds, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and interviewers.

Provide constructive feedback to candidates and manage the talent pipeline effectively.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

Oversee new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Manage offboarding, including exit interviews and final documentation.

Process Improvement:

Collaborate with the HR team to enhance HR workflows and optimize operational efficiency.

HR Reporting:

Prepare reports and metrics for leadership on recruitment, employee issues, and key HR trends.

Compensation Details:-

1. Variable Pay for First 6 Months:

Compensation will be performance-based.

Earn 20,000 for each successfully completed onboarding process.

Payments will be disbursed within 60 to 90 days.

2. Fixed CTC After 6 Months:

Shift to a fixed CTC with a performance-based increase of 10-40%.

Basic Salary: 15,000 per month, payable after completing the 6-month contract.

Note: If you depart early, the basic salary will not be disbursed.
