Responsibilities (Position 01)
* Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews.
* Coordinate interviewed candidate and scheduling.
* Collect and manage candidate documents.
* Process offer and appointment letters.
* Maintain candidates MIS & site visits as per the requirement.
* Process on boarding formalities.
* Digitize employee KYC and other documents.
* Manage office administration and supplies.
* Track office stationery, pantry, and admin items.
* Monitor & track daily employee attendance & record writing
* Other HR & Admin activities if any.
Responsibilities (Position 02)
* Coordinate with contractors for statutory compliance.
* Support site admin and assist in their administrative processes.
* Collect NMR data from projects.
* Project grievance handling & site visits.
* Maintain statutory records for each project.
* Provide support for client statutory audits & record writing.
* Track and maintain project policies and coordinate renewals.
* Verify project mess bills and other administrative bills.
* Coordinate with the project team to arrange data for obtain & renewal of licenses.
Qualifications & Others
Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Exp : Fresher
Work Location : Corporate Office, Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Work From Office Only)
