AMINA India is a wholly owned subsidiary of AMINA Bank AG, a FINMA licensed Swiss Bank focused on cryptocurrencies and digital assets. AMINA provides custody, trading, credit and investment products on cryptocurrencies and digital assets to institutional and professional investors. AMINA Bank is Headquartered in Zug, with presence in Mumbai, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong and Singapore.

AMINA India acts as a virtual extension of the bank supporting activities spanning digital assets research, investment solutions, trading & liquidity management, risk management and more recently mid/back-office and IT operations.

About Role

As an HR Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, helping to foster a workplace that is supportive, inclusive, and fun. Come join us and experience a workplace where you can thrive both professionally and personally.

Responsibilities:

  • HRMS Implementation Support:
  • Play a crucial role in the implementation of our new Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
  • Engage in data entry, system testing, and contributing to the success of this pivotal system.
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Partner with hiring managers to source top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals).
  • Coordinate and manage interview schedules, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and assist in analysing recruitment metrics to optimize our hiring process.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding Support:
  • Assist in facilitating a welcoming and efficient onboarding process for new employees, including preparing materials.
  • Support the offboarding process, ensuring departing employees have a positive and smooth transition.
  • HR Project Participation:
  • Take on additional tasks assigned by the HR department, supporting various HR initiatives and projects.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Post graduate preferred in Human Resources or similar field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Interest in innovative HR technologies and practices is a plus.
