Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at WCube in Bangalore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and all aspects of human resources within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
Oversee the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and introduction to the company culture and policies.
Employee Record Management:
Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, performance reviews, and compensation data.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employee documentation.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Assist in the preparation and processing of employee salaries, bonuses, and incentives.
Manage employee benefits programs such as insurance, leave, and other company-provided perks.
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or conflicts.
Promote a positive work environment by organizing team-building activities and resolving workplace issues.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies, including safety regulations, working hours, and grievance procedures.
Keep up-to-date with changes in HR legislation and implement necessary changes to company policies.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate with relevant departments to organize learning sessions.
Support employee development initiatives and track progress against career development plans.
Exit Management:
Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and process resignations or terminations according to company policies.
Ensure the smooth offboarding process, including clearance, final settlements, and return of company property.
Qualifications
Required: Candidate based in BLR
HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills
Experience in employee relations and HR policies preferred
Knowledge of creating and implementing HR strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Salary: 3 LPA fixed
