Job Description

Qualification: BE

1. Recruitment, Induction & Training

2. Organising Welfare Programs

3. Execution the Performance Management System in the Organisation

4. Conducting ESS

5. Statutory Activities (Back Up)

Administration Activities related to HR department

Co-ordination and Scheduling of Interviews

Developing Consultant contacts when required

Documentation

Reference Check of shortlisted candidates (BGV)

Follow up with candidates

Salary negotiation & Issuing Offer Letter

Presenting and preparing the Kit for the New Joinee

Joining Formalities and Documentation

Introduce the new joinee with all the employees and company's policy

Updating the Employee Database.

Organizing catalogs and Products during the Training Session

Planning training based on competency mapping for the internal employee.

Performance Management System and ESS

1. Conducting half-yearly and annual appraisal.

Executing the ESS ,analysing presentation to the management & follow up actions

Statutory Activities( Back Up)

1. Processing PF Refunds Applications.

2. Support Statutory Activities like PT, PF, Labour and Insurance.
