RecruitmentHandling the recruitment process from initial job orders receiving up to closing (screening, filtering, shortlisting, schedule arrangement, interview, follow-up interview status, preparation of job offer details end-to-end process.
To advertise a job vacancy in online job portals, and social media and promote through referrals.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed. Coordinate orientation sessions and assist in creating a positive onboarding experience.
Handling a for full spectrum of payroll management, processing wages, bonuses, allowances, overtime, deductions, advance salary, and others.
Ensure proper documentation of payroll documents and safekeeping of employee personal files.
Liaise with relevant bodies for monthly statutory submissions.
Handling staff attendance & monitoring staff leave records from time to time, including annual leave and medical claims.
Maintains employee information by updating employment and status-change data in the system and personal file.
Drafts all department correspondence, such as interoffice memoranda, warning letters, and any request letters.
Assists employees with any benefit issues or concerns related to human resources.
Managing various aspects of office administrative work,, including maintenance and upkeep, office equipment, stationery, etc.
Work closely with the Manager manager on other tasks as and when assigned.
