Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Executive specialising in operations to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in HR operations, with a strong understanding of human resources functions. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage HR operational tasks, focusing on onboarding, exit processes, and implementing strategies for employee retention to decrease attrition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related paperwork.
- Develop and execute onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Conduct comprehensive exit processes, including interviews, to gather insights for improving retention strategies and addressing attrition.
- Implement retention strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and reduce attrition rates.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee retention.
- Update and maintain accurate employee records in the HR database.
- Support payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related inquiries.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR metrics and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of HR functions, best practices, and retention strategies.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
