Job Description

Job Title: Assistant HR Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 4+years

Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Shift Time:- RotationalShift (2PM-11PM, 3PM-12AM, 4PM-1AM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Executive specialising in operations to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in HR operations, with a strong understanding of human resources functions. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage HR operational tasks, focusing on onboarding, exit processes, and implementing strategies for employee retention to decrease attrition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related paperwork.
  • Develop and execute onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Conduct comprehensive exit processes, including interviews, to gather insights for improving retention strategies and addressing attrition.
  • Implement retention strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and reduce attrition rates.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee retention.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee records in the HR database.
  • Support payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR metrics and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of HR functions, best practices, and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
