Job Description:
As a Junior HR Specialist, you will work closely with our HR team to provide administrative and operational support across various HR functions. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with employee orientation.
- Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries, organizing employee engagement events, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining HR databases, updating employee files, and preparing HR-related documents.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee training and development, and HR policy development.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
