Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role as a Human Resources Assistant at Peunier. The Human Resources Assistant Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR tasks including HR management, benefits administration, training, and utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This is a flexible role that is partially based in Jaipur, with the opportunity for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Experience or knowledge in HR Management and Benefits Administration
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Ability to assist with employee training and development initiatives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
