Human Resources Assistant - Entertainment

The ideal candidate will have a love for entertainment and Indian television. We are looking for someone who can single handedly manage everything end to end in our Human Resources Department. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Manage team morale and ensure that all rules of the company are followed
• Address any grievances from the team and be the bridge between management and employees for the right balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 1+ year experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Have an understanding of the entertainment and media industry
