This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at BitAce Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, HRIS, and training tasks to support the company's human resources functions.

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in Benefits Administration and HRIS
• Training skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
