GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • At least 2 years of Human Resources experience,
  • Residing/able to reside in Mumbai.
  • Candidates with a notice period of 1 month or less are preferred.
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Experience in recruitment, training, and industrial relations,
  • Good in Microsoft Office Applications,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Effective team player with the ability to collaborate harmoniously with colleagues,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Execute HR processes by company procedures,
  • Conduct onboarding programs for new employees,
  • Create and maintain personnel files,
  • Plan and execute activities to boost employee motivation within the scope of employee relations.
  • Build strong working relationships with business unit management ensuring that they are kept up to date on the status of open requisitions, candidate pipeline, active candidate status, and expectations.
  • Conduct effective background checks and manage the offer process.
