Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role is ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience who is looking to gain valuable experience in the field of HR.
Qualifications And Skills

- Knowledge of PF and ESI regulations
- Experience in payroll processing
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and updating databases
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee attendance records
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information and assistance as needed
- Assist with employee performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and conducting employee satisfaction surveys
- Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information
