Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources and Marketing Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to human resources and marketing, including but not limited to: HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also have opportunities to contribute to marketing projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Understanding of HR policies and employee benefits
- Ability to handle personnel management tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in marketing or related field is a plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus
- Relevant coursework or certifications in HR or marketing
