Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced Talent Acquisition Analytics professional to join our Talent Supply Chain (TSC) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data related to our talent acquisition efforts, providing insights to improve our recruitment strategies, and enhancing our overall hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement insights to understand and improve the effectiveness of our talent acquisition processes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment data, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, candidate experience and other metrices.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support decision-making and predict future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for talent acquisition activities.
- Create and present regular reports to HR leadership and other stakeholders, highlighting findings and recommending data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Partner with IT and HR Tech teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruitment data.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition analytics and HR technology.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to benchmark our recruitment efforts against industry standards.
- Provide training and support to the recruitment team on data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Work closely with other HR functions to align recruitment strategies with overall HR objectives and company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree. Specialization in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR analytics, talent acquisition, or a related field. Good understanding of Talent Acquisition is a must.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR analytics.
