HR Analyst - Corporate, Mumbai

Graduate & MBA HR

Min Exp : 5 to 8 years

  • HR data management MIS, updating HR Dashboard, capturing & highlight key statistics on a monthly basis.
  • Collect, compile & analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention etc.
  • Analyse employee engagement, identify factors influencing employee retention etc.
