We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Admin to join our team in Ahmadabad. The HR Admin will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and support duties to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department and providing support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring all necessary documents are up-to-date
- Coordinating and facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain and update company files and records
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial tasks
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment
- Responding to employee inquiries and escalating issues to appropriate team members as needed
- Maintaining and updating HR databases and spread sheets
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
