Job Location: Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala (Hybrid available).

Joining: NP = 15days/( Immediate)

Prerequisites

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact.
  • Should have a good understanding of the digital space
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
  • Comfortable being challenged and decision making in a complex working environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of Indian labour law and HR best practices.
  • Keen eye for detail quality, performance, proactive thinking!
  • Excellent Communication, Problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

ؠDevelop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the business goals.

ؠManage employee relations, ensuring legal compliance with Indian labour laws and maintaining a positive work environment.

ؠPromote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

ؠOversee the recruitment process to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.

ؠAdminister compensation, benefits, performance appraisals, and employee development programs.

ؠEvaluate and refine HR procedures and systems to improve efficiency and compliance.

ؠProvide support and guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters.

ؠEnsure compliance with all national, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

ؠExperience in the branding or marketing industry is a plus

ؠSupport organisational growth by nurturing people development and engagement
