Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Administrator at The Rajbari Bawali Official in the Corporate Office, Kolkata and on site. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, HRIS, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role will involve handling day-to-day HR tasks and supporting the HR functions of the property.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in Benefits Administration
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Preference to candidates having Hospitality Background
