Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance. Having a bike is essential for this role as it may require occasional travel between company locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Employee Records Management:
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and answer any benefits-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports and documentation.
  • General Administrative Support:
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to employee queries.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Travel:
  • Use personal bike for occasional travel between company locations for various HR-related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role is desirable.
  • Familiarity with databases.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal bike for travel.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
