Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance. Having a bike is essential for this role as it may require occasional travel between company locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and answer any benefits-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports and documentation.
- General Administrative Support:
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to employee queries.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Travel:
- Use personal bike for occasional travel between company locations for various HR-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is desirable.
- Familiarity with databases.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal bike for travel.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
