Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator at Love Dky in Mumbai. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in Benefits Administration
• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
