Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR/Admin Specialist to join our team at Flybed Home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR and administrative duties, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll, policy development, and Office & Factory management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Recruitment and Selection:
  • Collaborate with department heads/ Management to identify staffing needs
  • Create detailed job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Employee Relations:
  • Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and grievances
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify improvement areas
  • Performance Management:
  • Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations
  • Facilitate performance review meetings and provide constructive feedback
  • Identify development opportunities and implement training plans
  • Training and Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs
  • Monitor employee progress and provide ongoing support
  • Identify training needs and design effective training solutions
  • Event Coordination:
  • Plan and organise employee engagement activities, workshops, and events
  • Manage event logistics and ensure successful execution
  • Payroll Management:
  • Oversee payroll processing, including timekeeping and adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and resolve discrepancies
  • Policy Development and Implementation:
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements
  • Communicate policies to employees and ensure adherence
  • Employee Assessment:
  • Conduct regular employee assessments to gauge satisfaction and engagement
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee morale and retention

Administration:

  • Office Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean, organised workspace
  • Manage office supplies and equipment (Assets)
  • Facilities Management:
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office facilities
  • Manage facility rentals and leases
  • Billing and Payment Management:
  • Oversee invoicing and payment processing for vendors and service providers
  • Ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and distribute weekly employee reports, including attendance, performance, and training updates
  • Maintain accurate records and analyze data to provide insights
  • General Administration:
  • Maintain organised records and databases
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
  • Compliance and Record Keeping:
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and terms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • A positive attitude and a team player mentality

Working Hours:

  • Standard Work Week: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
  • Office Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
  • Preferred Location: Candidates residing between Mira Road and Dadar are encouraged to apply.
