Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources and Admin Manager to lead and manage all HR and administrative functions, with a primary focus on recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, this role will oversee administrative activities to ensure efficient operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities-
Recruitment (70%):
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to source candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely hiring.
Human Resources:
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage and improve the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Administration:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative functions.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Ensure office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.
- Supervise the administrative team and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
- Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CIPD).
- Experience in managing administrative functions in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.

This is an onsite role based out of Gurugram
