Job Description

  • Female candidates only.
  • Graduation/Post-graduation completed.
  • Must have experience in HR prospect for five to seven years in any industry. Primary preference from FEC will be considered.
  • Should be able to manage a team of 50+ employees.
  • Should be able to control attrition with the help of the operation team and reporting manager.
  • Catering concerns of staff and maintaining standards of the company s policy.
  • Timely processing of payroll, grooming standards, recruitment, staff statutory benefits etc.
  • Should be flexible and always ready for challenges.
