Job Description

Company Overview:

Balance Nutrition is a one-of-a-kind digital health business with super specialization in disease disorder management with a client base of over 35000+ across 75 countries. We address the market for Obesity and Lifestyle & chronic disorders management like Diabetes, Thyroid, Cholesterol, PCOS, etc. via an APP (& web-based model). We are now looking to enhance the current mobile app with the aim of reaching 1 million users over the next 12 months. A strong digital marketing & business support team is working on innovative ways to ensure we are a preferred proactive healthcare provider for every Indian residing in India or abroad. In sync with this, the aim is to build a great team with a mix of experience and youth that brings in the right blend of experience, skill set, passion, and eagerness to learn and grow.

Role Overview:

We are looking to build a strong Human Resources Team focusing on People. Culture. Growth.

we are calling out to experienced as well as young talent who wish to learn

People

it is all about talent mgmt, HR branding

The main agenda is to be highly connected to each person and capture the nuances and detailsto ensure organizationand departmentswork at peak efficiency

it covers all facets from recruitment to onboarding and using team events workshops for bonding and team building

using assessments and frequent talks to identify and bridge gaps in roles - skill- career aspiration vector

Culture

  • The key focus is on communication,and coordination -formal and informal, to see the actual understanding appreciation, and adoption of the plans, organization, and HR policy actions
  • Eliminate misconceptions, intervenein communication, understanding gaps
  • Ideating and executing fun and engagingevents & activities that reinforce the culture
  • Conductingfrequent team open houses/workshops that build spirit & culture
  • Ensure openness transparency and a feeling of fairness in the context of each person's roles responsibilities to the business and aspirations

Growth

  • Ideate and execute ideas to attract and acquire the right talent--this needs out-of-the-box thinking and not just using traditional channels, Use HR branding to build a network and pipeline
  • retention through performance management counseling and bridging gaps or mismatched expectations
  • Constantly assess the external environment and have ideas for better talent acquisition,

This team of HR will work with the founders to build the team and launch BN's next growth phase. We are looking at the quality of experience rather than quantity, people with fire & and passion, who will share the vision and belief. Be prepared for crazy working hours at times burning the midnight oil, but the journey will be very exciting and not to mention very rewarding.
