Human Resources Specialist

Position Overview:
This is a full-time role for an HR Specialist, located in New Delhi, Noida & Greater Noida. We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our employees and management team. This role will encompass various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and completion of required paperwork.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Support special HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- years of experience in HR roles, with demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.
