Job Title: Human Resource Recruiter Intern
Duration: 1-2 Months

Time Commitment: 5-6 hours per day
Responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews for various positions within the organization, including technical and non-technical roles.
- Assisting in the organization and coordination of pre-placement talks with prospective candidates.
- Facilitating group discussions (GDs) to assess candidates communication and teamwork skills.
- Collaborating with the HR team to streamline the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying top talent.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR-related activities is a plus, but not required.
