Job Description :

• Experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Experience in Head Hunting
• Employee joining formalities - On-boarding formalities.
• Involved in performance management and working closely with stakeholders.
• Responsible for TAT, diversity, and quality of hiring across the zone.
• Flexible in Travelling as and when required.
• Coordination with Client.
• Closure of all mandates received from the Client
• Bulk Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including HMIS).
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
• Grievance handling and addressing complex issues related to employee productivity.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• MIS tracker to maintain.
• Background Verification

Desired Education: Any Graduate, Preferred Education: MBA/ PG in HR

Experience: 4-5 years of experience in HR Recruitment in the Banking domain.

Knowledge of Recruitment Portal Naukri, Foundit, Linkedin, etc

Experience in Recruitment for CXO Level, Top Level & Middle level positions in the Banking Domain.

Good verbal & email communication skills.

Knowledge of complete Recruitment / Processes - On-boarding to Exit.

Salary: As per industry norms.
