Job Description

  • Creating offer letters/ Agreements for new joiners.
  • Induction Coordination and execution
  • Maintaining MIS and documentation as per requirement
  • Assisting in recruitment - search as we'll as coordination
  • Other activities assigned by reporting manager
Requirements:
  • Masters in Human Resource.
  • Experience in HR related role.
  • Familiarity with Excel and HR Software Knowledge (Tally, ERP, etc)
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills along with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, follow through, and deliver on a deadline.
  • Excellent written and vocal communication abilities, as we'll as the ability to adjust communication approach to various audiences.
  • Demonstrating proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability and ability to work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as and when required
