Creating offer letters/ Agreements for new joiners.
Induction Coordination and execution
Maintaining MIS and documentation as per requirement
Assisting in recruitment - search as we'll as coordination
Other activities assigned by reporting manager
Requirements:
Masters in Human Resource.
Experience in HR related role.
Familiarity with Excel and HR Software Knowledge (Tally, ERP, etc)
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills along with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, follow through, and deliver on a deadline.
Excellent written and vocal communication abilities, as we'll as the ability to adjust communication approach to various audiences.
Demonstrating proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability and ability to work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment.
Willingness to travel extensively as and when required
