Position Title: Human Resource Payroll Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Payroll Consultant with a strong background in payroll administration and expertise in Paylocity. The ideal candidate will oversee all payroll functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of employee compensation. This role will also involve collaboration with HR and finance teams to enhance payroll processes and support overall HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management:
- Administer and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Utilize Paylocity for payroll processing, including timekeeping, deductions, and reporting.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to payroll and employment.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and tax filings as required.
- Process Improvement:
- Evaluate and improve payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to integrate payroll with other HR systems and processes.
- Employee Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Provide guidance on payroll-related policies and procedures.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data within the Paylocity system.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure integrity and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR to support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless payroll transitions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives that impact payroll.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in payroll management, with specific experience using Paylocity.
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
