Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team at Surayay Namah Energy Private Limited. As a Human Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and we are looking for candidates with 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the renewable energy industry
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
- Certification in HR management is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure the right fit
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation
- Manage employee performance evaluation process
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Implement and monitor employee training and development programs
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports as required
