Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Human Resource professional with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Provide support in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Human Resources
- MBA-Human Resources
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications
