HR Analytics And Reporting

Leverage data to analyze HR policy effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular reports for management on HR status and issues.

Training And Development

Plan and implement training programs to enhance employee competency and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
(Advantage): A Master's degree or Professional Certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or PHR.

Experience

5-7 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years at a managerial level.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
