H R I N T E R N / T E C H N I C A L H R Roles and responsibility Update job requirements and descriptions for various positions, maintaining the work structure. Establish and execute a comprehensive recruiting, testing, and interviewing program. Advise managers on candidate selection and conduct exit interviews for analysis. Develop orientation and training programs to prepare employees for their roles. Conduct periodic pay surveys, job evaluations, and manage pay structure revisions. Design a filing and retrieval system to maintain historical HR records. Stay current in HR trends by attending workshops and participating in societies. Schedule and assign tasks to HR staff, ensuring follow-up on results. Recruit, select, orient, and train new members of the HR team. Counsel, discipline, and appraise HR staff job performance. Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results. Monitor tasks using Achieva, calculating CPI and DPI. Implement Achieva protocols with all employees of Jain Software Pvt Ltd. Daily send TAT and TCR, ensuring consistency among resources. Conduct Campus Drives for different Colleges skills required Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure Ensuring the use of achieva while onboarding new employees Calling candidates by shortlisting resumes and scheduling interviews at office premises. Ensuring that required positions are posted in all 11 portals Hiring 2 candidates per week is mandatory for required position and 4 campus drive in a month Ensuring use of achieva for employee performance by all the employees. Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies) Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves) Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
