Description
We are seeking a Human Resource Manager with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The HR Manager will be a critical part of the team and will work closely with senior management to ensure that the company's HR policies and procedures are aligned with our overall business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall strategy
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Conduct performance appraisals and develop performance improvement plans
- Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement employee training and development programs
- Manage and maintain employee records, including payroll and benefits information
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in HR management
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Experience with performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ability to handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
