Roles and Responsibilities
- Continually educate employees on company policies and keep the employee handbook current
- Coordinating in terms of End-to-End Recruitment
- Monitor employee progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
- Facilitating new employees joining formalities
- Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly Supervising the Front Office Management.
- Payroll management Performance Management and Appraisal of employees
- Event Management Strictly following the time management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2+ years in the same domain highly preferred.
- Education: Graduate, MBA /HR
- Good Knowledge of Excel, Advance Excel in VLOOKUP, Hlookup, Pivot Table
- Good Communication skills
- Immediate Joiners preferred
