Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience out of which at least 2 years as AM/Manager in HR

What you will do:
Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee; schedule management conferences with employees, hear and resolve employee grievances, counsel employees as and when needed.

Admin of employee attendance & leave records
Preparing MIS reports & compiling of HR data
Handle and address employee grievances and conduct one on one session with staff members
Owner of employee engagement activities
Maintenance and communication of company policies
Ensuring professional decorum in line with HR and corporate values
Maintaining Employee Files & Employee Database
Share inputs for policy formulation and improvisation from time to time
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for all positions across functions
Should be able to understand the JD and source profiles accordingly
Good understanding of Industry recruitment and sourcing practices
Good and effective at leveraging connections
Solid interpersonal, communication and team working skills
Posting jobs on appropriate job portals/colleges/Social media platforms etc.
Sourcing & Headhunting candidates through conventional as well as innovative channels
Screening of job applications as per the JD by conducting telephonic and personal interviews
Meet the hiring and onboarding targets based on the business requirement
Responsible for preparing monthly payroll input data
Count of attendance along with details of leave and absence
Preparation and generation of salary sheets and its disbursement to staff
Assisting employees, in understanding and furnishing their self-appraisal
Address employee queries, pre & post appraisal
Conducting one on one session with employees and top management
Maintain and manage schedule of appraisal HR
Processing end to end bills of consultants and vendors in coordination with the accounts team
Coordinating with new employees on salary account opening, issuing ID cards & Bio metric access etc.
Managing the petty cash and regular maintenance of expenditure sheet
