The Human Resource Management Course Creator is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive HR management courses. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop HR management course content
  • Create engaging and effective instructional materials
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops on HR management topics
  • Ensure course materials align with industry best practices and standards

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather input for course development
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
  • Stay updated on HR industry developments to incorporate relevant content into courses
  • Provide support and guidance to HR professionals participating in the courses
  • Manage course scheduling and logistics
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes
  • Adhere to copyright and intellectual property regulations when sourcing course materials

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Proven experience in human resource management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex HR concepts into easily understandable course content

  • Experience in creating multimedia content for training purposes (e.g., videos, e-learning modules)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, regulations, and trends
  • Certification in training or instructional design is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of course materials
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
