We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the smooth operation of our HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in updating our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
Gather payroll data, including working hours, leave records, and bank account details.
Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
Post, update, and remove job advertisements from job boards, career pages, and social networks.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed, such as training budgets by department.
Address employee queries regarding benefits, such as remaining vacation days.
Review and distribute company policies in both digital formats and hard copies.
Participate in organizing company events and career days.
Requirements
Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and resume databases is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of labor legislation and full-cycle recruiting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
