Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and Recruiting: Proactively source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions across the organization.
Job Posting and Advertising:
Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and company websites.Candidate Screening:
Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Employer Branding:
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives.Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
